Maintenance and maintenance of sealing rings

When the sealing ring of the plunger of the cylinder plunger of the plate vulcanizing machine is damaged or does not meet the sealing requirements, it must be overhauled, and if the sealing ring is damaged, it must be replaced in time.

When replacing the sealing ring, firstly, put the control button board to the manual position, turn on the oil pump, raise the lifting platform to the maximum height, fix the platform so that the platform can not be lowered, loosen the fixing screw between the gasket and the platform, open the oil return valve, separate the plunger in the hydraulic cylinder that needs to replace the sealing ring from the lifting platform, loosen the connecting screw of the gasket and the plunger, make the plunger lower to the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, remove the gasket, and replace the sealing ring. Finally, it can be packed as it is.

Note: When placing the sealing ring, do not use screws, screws and other tools with sharp blades to press the sealing ring inward, so as not to damage the sealing ring.
