Vulcanization process for transmission V-belts

(1) Rubber sleeve vulcanization The rubber sleeve for vulcanization is chlorinated butyl rubber or EPDM rubber, and the vulcanization tank is vulcanized by a new deep well, so that the number of vulcanization roots in the V belt can be doubled. The back of the vulcanized rubber sleeve is twilled to increase the strength of the rubber sleeve.

1) Rubber sleeve vulcanization process flow: upper blank - upper mold - mold pressing - glue sleeve - garden mold into the vulcanization tank - closing the tank cover - into the external pressure steam - into the internal pressure steam - vulcanization - put the internal pressure steam - put the external pressure steam - open the can cover - remove the rubber sleeve - the garden mold cooling - remove the V-belt.

2) The principle of vulcanization of rubber sleeve is shown in Figure 16.

(2) Plate vulcanization
1) Plate vulcanization machine process. Upper belt embryo - tensioning belt - closing plate pressurization - vulcanization - pressure relief - transfer belt _ pressure vulcanization - pressure relief - loose belt removal;
2) The principle of plate vulcanization is shown in Figure 17;

3) Rubber plate plate vulcanization. In the vulcanizing machine, the groove plate is slotted, the chlorobutyl rubber plate is added, so that it is vulcanized on the upper groove plate, and a high-temperature resistant film is added during vulcanization, so that the service life of the rubber plate can be prolonged, and the number of operations by workers can also be reduced. The V-belt made by this method has no flash, and the appearance is beautiful, and the general outer cloth is impregnated with slurry cloth;

4) Vulcanization of deep trench slabs. This vulcanization method is to open a deep groove in the upper and lower groove plates, and use the deep groove clamping of the upper and lower groove plates to achieve the purpose of no flash, and the upper groove plate opens an arc-shaped oblique pattern, so that the vulcanized V-belt has no flash, and the appearance is beautiful, and the top of the V-belt is arc-shaped and patterned. This method has strict requirements for process control, and each process must be weighed.
