Company name: Qingdao Xiangjie Rubber Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Project background: At present, the solid tire vulcanizing machine produced in the domestic market adopts manual tire removal structure, and the automatic equipment is just in the initial stage of development. At present, the production process of solid tire flat vulcanizing machine requires a large amount of labor, and its working environment is harsh, the manual operation efficiency is low, the labor intensity is high, the product quality is poor, and it is difficult to recruit workers.


Brief description of the required technical requirements:
1. When the solid tire is picked up and placed, the tire manipulator and the mold center positioning problem, the manipulator and the mold center positioning difference should not exceed 3mm.
2. The shape of the solid tire blank is irregular, and the grasping and positioning problem is solved. The inner diameter of the solid tire ranges from 300-600mm, and the inner diameter is not smooth when forming, and the weight is 50-260KG.
3. The cooked tire grabbing manipulator needs to grab the outer diameter of the solid tire, the outer diameter range is 600-1000mm, and the tire weight is 50-260KG.
4. 10000KG will be pulled back when the vulcanized tire core is pulled, and the cooked tire grabbing manipulator needs to bear the force. Tire ejection requires 15000KG ejection force.
5. The placement of vulcanized tires should be stable.
6. One auxiliary machine and multiple solid tire vulcanizers are shared, and the auxiliary machine and the vulcanizer are positioned in question. The alignment error between the auxiliary machine and the main machine should not exceed 1mm, otherwise the mold will be misaligned by pushing and pulling, resulting in the mold not being pulled out of the vulcanizing machine.
7. The mold specification is in the range of 600-1150mm, when the mold is pulled out to the auxiliary machine, the mold center needs to be concentric with the auxiliary ejection mechanism, and the error can not exceed 1mm, otherwise the tire can not be ejected smoothly.
8. The mold push-pull device is positioned in combination with the mold, and the error can not exceed 1mm, otherwise the mold cannot be hung smoothly for the next step.
