Common conveyor belt joints generally adopt a variety of common methods, including mechanical joints, vulcanized joints and adhesive joints. It can be said that the method of making the splices of each conveyor belt will play an important role.

(1) Mechanical joints. Mechanical joints are generally very common and commonly used. Such a method is not only very simple, but also economical. However, the use efficiency of the majority of mechanical joints is relatively low. It is also easy to be damaged in the process of actual use. If it is not treated in time, it can even affect the life of the conveyor belt. This common fitting method is used comprehensively in the use of all levels of the product.

(2) Adhesive joints. This joint is constructed by means of cold bonding. Its performance is relatively excellent, and the production method is also special. In the actual production process, cold adhesive is generally used for production. In general, this joint method is not only more efficient to handle, but also more cost-effective. It will also have a better effect in the process of operation. However, adhesives also play an important role in the use process. If the quality of the adhesive cannot be effectively controlled, the tape will not function better.

(3) Vulcanized joints. After many practices, vulcanized joints are more commonly used joint methods. Not only is the overall joint more efficient, but it also has a longer service life. However, in the actual use process, not only the overall process is more cumbersome, but also in the actual operation process, it also takes a long time to operate. However, from the perspective of the process of development and use, vulcanized joints will play a greater role.
