Installation and commissioning of plate vulcanizer

A plate vulcanizer is a type of press with a heated plate. It is also the main equipment in the rubber industry, no matter which rubber factory, you can see different types of plate vulcanizers, especially the miscellaneous factory, it is the main equipment. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high pressure and wide adaptability. It is mainly used for vulcanization of small and medium-sized mold products, tapes, rubber sheets, etc.


 

Installation and commissioning of the plate vulcanizer:
a) Preparation


b) Open the oil filling port of the oil tank, inject the N32# and N46# hydraulic oil filtered by the 80-100 mesh filter, and the oil level height is controlled within the range of the center line of the oil standard (excluding the oil circuit and the oil accumulated in the tank).


c) Inspection items before the normal operation of the machine
1. Check whether the pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge is in the correct position.
2. Check whether there is leakage in each hydraulic component and piping.
3. Carefully check whether foreign objects are placed on the surface of the hot plate and the mold before each drive, especially tools and other items.
4. Check the position of the buttons in the electric control cabinet, whether the pointer of each instrument is in the specified position, and eliminate any abnormal situation in time.
5. According to the electrical schematic diagram, check whether the connection of each electrical component is correct and reliable, and whether the grounding of the electric control cabinet is reliable.
6. Turn on the power supply, start the motor, make the platform lift, lift several times (no pressurization) check whether the motor and oil pump have abnormal noise, and the platform should be stable and free of jamming.
7. Regulation of safety pressure. Before starting the oil pump, close the shut-off valve of the high-pressure valve port, loosen the adjusting screw of the safety relief valve to keep the pressure at the lowest condition, and then turn the adjustment handle to gradually increase the pressure until it is higher than the working pressure of 18.0MPa. (Adjusted before leaving the factory)

8. Adjustment of working pressure. Before the main machine closes the mold, loosen the adjusting screw of the working pressure relief valve, so that the pressure gradually rises until the working pressure required by the process is adjusted. (Adjusted before leaving the factory)
