The whole line includes creel,tension station,fixing carding,forming car,front clamping device,main vulcanizing press,middle clamping device,stretching machine, hydraulic cuting machine,take-up device packing machine and other equipment. Electric control system adopts PLC control,it can achieve manual and automatic mode.

The wire rope/fabric core conveyor belt production line is one of the company's main products, and two of them have won national invention patents. Four products have been approved by the Qingdao Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology for 2017/2018 Qingdao Enterprise Technology Innovation Key Project.
