Management operation of the main components of the vulcanizer

The plate vulcanizer is equipped with a set of button switches for the operation and stop of the motor. The control valve is equipped with a solenoid reversing valve and a superimposed check valve to control the flow direction of the pressure oil.


Before manipulation, it must be tested, and before the test, it should be checked whether the connecting parts are loose, whether the pipelines are firmly connected, and the specific requirements for the test run are as follows: 


1. The manual <-> automatically converts the button board to the manual position, starts the vulcanizer to rise and fall, and the sound is normal before no-load operation.


2. The manual <-> automatic conversion button board to the automatic position, according to the process requirements of vulcanized products for about ten times, confirm that the machine meets the design requirements, before it can be put into normal production.


 

Operating Instructions:
Mold opening return→ mold closing → exhaust → vulcanization→ mold opening → are rolled out for the whole sequential action.
When in automatic mode, pressing the clamping button once will automatically complete the above actions.
In the manual state, press and hold the mold closing button to the above action in turn to the vulcanization state, after the vulcanization alarm, press and hold the mold opening button will complete the follow-up action in turn, during the release of the button, the machine stops the action.


Note:
1. The working pressure of the main machine shall not exceed 18.0MPa!
2. In the process of work, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, it must be stopped for inspection and troubleshooting before it can be continued.
Principles of hydraulic systems

The hydraulic system is mainly composed of motor, piston pump, vane pump, electromagnetic reversing valve, superimposed hydraulic check valve, liquid filling valve, relief valve, etc. When the motor starts, the vane pump sucks oil through the check valve and enters the solenoid reversing valve to complete the corresponding action.


 

When the main engine closes the mold, the filling valve is opened, the electromagnetic reversing valve acts, the main oil cylinder drives the platform and the plunger to rise rapidly, after the proximity switch gets the signal, the electromagnetic reversing valve closes the filling valve, and directly supplies oil to the plunger cylinder to rise slowly, when the set pressure is reached 18.0MPa (the pressure value is set by the manufacturer according to the product process but the maximum can not exceed 18.0MPa), the main motor automatically stops running, and the pressure in the cylinder remains unchanged. When the vulcanization time reaches the set value, the motor runs to open the filling valve, and the vulcanizer quickly opens the mold. Then the follow-up action is completed by each electromagnetic reversing valve.


Electrical description of the plate vulcanizer

1. This machine is powered by three-phase four-wire power supply, voltage 380V, frequency 50HZ, control voltage 220V, electrical control circuit is equipped with short circuit, overload and other protection devices, with manual, automatic two operating procedures, and automatic exhaust, automatic pressure supplement, vulcanization timing, automatic mold opening and other functions.


 

2. Turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator is on. For manual, put the knob in the manual position and press it up or down. When automatic, put the knob in the automatic position, press the start button, the high and low pressure oil pump operates, the rising solenoid valve is connected, and the host automatically rises. When the low-voltage pressure is reached, disconnect the low-voltage motor. The high pressure continues to rise, and when the high pressure is reached, the electrical contact closes, disconnecting the entire oil supply system. At this time, it enters the state of vulcanization, and the vulcanization timing is at the same time. After the vulcanization time is up, the oil pump runs, turns on the descending solenoid valve, and the main engine automatically descends to the limit and stops automatically.


3. When you need to exhaust, turn on the exhaust switch, set the exhaust times to the required number of times, when the set exhaust pressure is reached, stop the stuffiness first, after the time is up, turn on the descending control loop, the hot plate descends to exhaust, after the exhaust time is up, turn on the rising control loop, and the hot plate rises. When the predetermined number of exhausts is reached, the exhaust is completed, and the vulcanization state is entered at the right time. (The exhaust and stuffing time are set in the screen


4. When the exhaust is not exhausted, turn off the exhaust switch, and when the pressure reaches the set high pressure, all the operating systems will stop and directly enter the vulcanization state.


5. Make-up pressure: During vulcanization, when the pressure falls to the pressure set by the lower limit of SP, the high-pressure rise control loop is turned on for automatic make-up.


Precautions:
1. Always check the sensitivity of each electrical appliance, the firmness of each terminal and connection, and replace it in time if it is damaged.
2. Keep the box clean.
3. The machine should be reliably grounded.
4. During maintenance, the power should be cut off in time. It should be overhauled by a professional.
5. The contact points must be clean and clamped to avoid oxidation and overheating.
6. Regularly check the grease of the motor and replace the bearing.
