The wire rope/fabric core conveyor belt production line is one of the company's main products, and two of them have won national invention patents. Four products have been approved by the Qingdao Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology for 2017/2018 Qingdao Enterprise Technology Innovation Key Project. In the past few years, the company has produced more than 100 conveyor belt production lines for domestic and foreign customers, including: 15 conveyor belt production lines for Qingdao Global Company; 9 production lines were produced for Zhejiang Sanwei Company; Produced 6 production lines for Shandong Longyuan Company; And has been exported to foreign production lines up to 11.

In 2017, the XLB-Q3200*12600/182MN wire rope conveyor belt production line developed and produced by the company made the production process meet the requirements of ST10000 new strength standards through comprehensive research and innovation, breaking through the current domestic high standard ST7500 level. The project was evaluated by experts.

It is mainly used to produce fabric core conveyor belts with a width of less than 1200mm

The whole production line: spindle frame, tension station, fixed carding, forming car, front clamping, host, multi-functional belt pulling unit, tape cutting machine, crimping packaging machine and other devices.
