The conveyor belt vulcanizing machine is designed to vulcanize conveyor belts including nylon conveyor belts, fire-proof conveyor belts, wire rope conveyor belts, etc. The vulcanizer is highly automated and compact.

The wire rope/fabric core conveyor belt production line is one of the company's main products, and two of them have won national invention patents. Four products have been approved by the Qingdao Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology for 2017/2018 Qingdao Enterprise Technology Innovation Key Project. In the past few years, the company has produced more than 100 conveyor belt production lines for domestic and foreign customers, including: 15 conveyor belt production lines for Qingdao Global Company; 9 production lines were produced for Zhejiang Sanwei Company; Produced 6 production lines for Shandong Longyuan Company; And has been exported to foreign production lines up to 11.

The whole line includes creel,tension station,fixing carding,forming car,front clamping device,main vulcanizing press,middle clamping device,stretching machine, hydraulic cuting machine,take-up device packing machine and other equipment. Electric control system adopts PLC control,it can achieve manual and automatic mode.

The whole production line is composed of crimping guide device, cushion crimping device, hanging rack, traction pressing device, workbench, edge pressing device, edge cutting rubber device, brushing paste device, photoelectric polarization device, baseband correction device, control system, etc. The products are mainly used for nylon belts, EP belts, cotton canvas belts, layered belt forming machines, conveyor belts glue. The products are sold all over the country and exported to India, Egypt, Viet Nam and other countries.
