The whole line includes creel,tension station,fixing carding,forming car,front clamping device,main vulcanizing press,middle clamping device,stretching machine, hydraulic cuting machine,take-up device packing machine and other equipment. Electric control system adopts PLC control,it can achieve manual and automatic mode.

The whole production line is composed of crimping guide device, cushion crimping device, hanging rack, traction pressing device, workbench, edge pressing device, edge cutting rubber device, brushing paste device, photoelectric polarization device, baseband correction device, control system, etc. The products are mainly used for nylon belts, EP belts, cotton canvas belts, layered belt forming machines, conveyor belts glue. The products are sold all over the country and exported to India, Egypt, Viet Nam and other countries.
