Equipment use: This machine is mainly used for the vulcanization of solid tires, and each layer produces 4 tires at the same time. This machine adopts a frame structure and is powered by the hydraulic system to drive the platform to rise (using auxiliary cylinders to rise and fall quickly), which is easy to produce sufficient clamping force, and at the same time make the abrasive tool reach a certain temperature, and realize the vulcanization molding of solid tires within a certain period of time.
Composition: The whole system is composed of the main engine, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic system, electronic control system, thermal insulation system and other parts, and the hot plate adopts the heat conduction oil heating method, and the maximum heating temperature is 180 °C.
